Its modularity allows it to perform different tests that are scientifically recognised and integrated into injury prevention protocols and performance monitoring.
Including 2 Kinvent Muscle Controller force sensors.

OPTION AVAILABLE: test bar with 4 sheaths and 4 sensors allowing the agonist / antagonist tests without adjustments (e.g., adductor / abductor sequence without adjustment modification).

The WIIT Pro wall-mounted rack is ideal for cross-training because it allows you to maximise space.
It can be connected with other wall mountings to have 1, 2, 3 or more workstations.
Many options are available making them highly modular.

The massage stick is a tool designed to simultaneously compress and stretch muscles.
Due to its specificity, it is especially interesting during the recovery stages following training to help with lactic acid removal and reduce the risk of cramps and tension knots.

The WIIT EZ bar helps isolate and intensify biceps and forearm presses. It helps limit tension on the handles with 30° grips that limit the risk of injury.
It can also be used for triceps and chin-up rowing.
Available in 28 or 50 mm diameter.

The WIIT Soft Plyo Box is a plyometric platform that has 3 heights available simply by flipping it over.
The set enables relaxation and explosive strength work, and also works all the muscle chains. The density of the foam allows a good rebound which will help prevent injuries in case of poorly executed movements.

The WIIT Lyre Bar is designed to build muscle in the biceps and triceps in hammer grip or tight pronation.
It allows for an additional emphasis on the biceps brachii and forearm muscles.
Very compact, it is a great addition to your fitness centre.

The WIIT variable incline bench from the Home Training range allows for bench presses, and incline shoulder movements with the different incline settings. Ideal in combination with a half rack or wall-mounted rack to perform all the major weight training movements.
Its high-density foam saddlery will provide the most comfort throughout the movements.
The casters and handle will allow it to be moved about easily.
