The WIIT S range Nordic Leg lunge allows you to perform the Nordic lunge exercise, one of the most effective exercises for strengthening the hamstrings.
No human assistance is needed to keep the feet on the ground since a resistance band provided for this purpose helps you to control the descent to full hamstring extension. Moreover, thanks to the removable platform, the bench allows you to perform the Bulgarian squat

Available in different inclinations, they adapt to your needs (range of motion gain, muscle recruitment, etc.).

Made of steel, they guarantee you all the resistance and stability you need for your strength sessions.

WIIT Weight Releasers

WIIT Weight Releasers allow you to create a load contrast between the eccentric and concentric phases of your movement.

This allows you to overload your bar throughout the descent; the hooks then safely release the load when the weight hits the ground. Fully adjustable, they adapt to different ranges of motion (exercises) and sizes.

It has 8 positions of adjustment (from 87.5 cm to 112 cm)

Ideal for practising heavy exercises (deadlifts, etc.) while protecting the existing floor, the equipment, and avoiding noise problems. Boards available in 3 m x 2 m or 3 m x 1 m and 4 cm thickness.

This platform is designed to evaluate muscle strength levels in real time.
Its modularity allows it to perform different tests that are scientifically recognised and integrated into injury prevention protocols and performance monitoring.
