What is immersion cryotherapy? 

It is an immersion in cold water used in the medical-sports environment to promote physical recovery.

This method has widely proven its analgesic, anti-inflammatory and anti-oedematous virtues. As a result, cryotherapy reduces inflammation and microtrauma caused by major efforts.

The principle of this treatment is to immerse yourself in water between 10°C and 12°C for 10 to 15 minutes. Hydrostatic pressure is exerted on the limbs in the water. The mixture of this pressure and the water will provide care against inflammation, reduce pain, oedema and muscle fatigue. The risk of injury will be reduced and physical recovery will be faster.
