The WIIT Weightlifting Board is a complete surface (shock absorbing tiles + wooden board) designed especially for weightlifting movements.
Ideal for practising heavy exercises (deadlifts, etc.) while protecting the existing floor, the equipment, and avoiding noise problems. Boards available in 3 m x 2 m or 3 m x 1 m and 4 cm thickness.
