The WIIT HipThruster bench is an ideal machine for strengthening the glutes and hamstrings.
Due to its saddlery's dome shape, it fits the shape of your back perfectly during exercise.
It includes 4 pairs of resistance bands adjustable inward or outward to fit the bar sizes with which the exercise is performed, adding progressive resistance on top of the plates.

The WIIT variable incline bench from the Pro range allowing the various upper limb exercises (bench press, incline, shoulders) to be performed thanks to the backrest and seat incline adjustments. (Seat adjustable from 0 to 45° and backrest adjustable from 0 to 90°).
The casters and moving handle make it perfectly mobileand easy to place in a rack.
