The Training Mask 3.0 is an adjustable respiratory conditioning device offering 6 levels of intensity. The breathing effort can be modulated using the thumb wheel that controls the flow of accessible air. This device simulates training at altitude to improve the athlete's endurance and respiratory capacities.

The Vent Training Mask is a 2-in-1 mask, which acts as a filtering mask AND a resistance mask depending on the setting.
It has two purposes: to limit the deposition of toxic particles in your respiratory system, and to create breathing resistance in order to simulate altitude training. The functions can be separated or cumulated according to the filter used.
