The Flowin Pro is a pack containing a flexible friction plate and adapted hand, foot and knee pads.
Unlike the Flowin Sport, which allows for low resistance, the Flowin Pro has a higher basic resistance and is not foldable.
The Flowin concept is one of frictional resistance: the coating of the plate and the pads that come into contact with each other create an ideal resistance for concentric, eccentric or isometric exercises.
The pads allow for a wide range of exercises and the resistance level is adjustable.
