The bony prominences, especially the spinous processes of the spine, are simply left out by the recess, so you can massage your back, neck, shoulders, arms and legs. Thanks to its size and shape, you can also use the DUOBALL massage ball for self-massage of your shins, arms and shoulders. Bone structures are not affected.
