The Keiser short Half Rack is a unique combination of a squat rack and Keiser's patented pneumatic resistance system. It allows for free weight and resistance training, thanks to a unique system of lateral cables that reinforce the difficulty of the eccentric and/or concentric phases of the movement. In addition to all the usual accessories of a Half Rack, it also has an integrated display panel for real-time monitoring of the athlete's performance.

The Keiser Dips Option is a work stand designed to attach to Keiser Half Racks and Power Racks. In addition to being fully height -adjustable like any other type of dip stand, it also allows you to use the pneumatic resistance built into the Rack on your dips to add extra assistance or resistance.
Grip diameter 45 mm.

The Keiser Light Bar Option is an accessory compatible with all Keiser Air Resistance Racks. Very light (6 kg), it has attachments at the ends allowing it to be fixed directly on the air resistance of the rack via the resistance bands in order to take full advantage of the possibilities it offers.
Grip diameter: 50 mm.

The Option of a pair of Keiser pull -up handles is an accessory designed to attach to various Keiser Racks. With 14 different levels of adjustment (from 178 mm to 1,041 mm opening) as well as 360° rotating handles, it is an ideal tool for working the back and arm muscles in their entirety, while limiting stress on the wrists.

The Option of a pair of Keiser resistance bands is an accessory compatible with all Keiser Air Resistance Racks. It is the interface between the bar (standard or short Keiser bar) and the pneumatic resistance of the machine. Resistance bands adjust and can be removed in moments so that you can quickly switch between resistance and free weight movements.

The Keiser Pull-Up Bar Option is a standard bracket compatible with all Keiser Racks. With its large width and curved shape, it is an ideal accessory for working the back muscles as a whole. The grip is knurled for a better grip during your pull-ups, chin-ups, and other pulling movements.

The Keiser Landmine Option is an accessory designed to attach to the base of Keiser Air Resistance Racks. Adjustable on the left or right side of your Keiser Rack, the Landmine option is 180° rotatable and has a 50 mm diameter bore for use with standard Olympic bars. It is a versatile tool useful for working the abdominal muscles, shoulders, back and pectoral muscles.

The Keiser Interior Pull Bar Option is an accessory designed to maximise the exterior space of your Keiser Rack. Thanks to its interior mounting, this bar allows you to keep your other options (pull handles, etc.) placed on the outside of the rack. 
The interior pull bar is a 50 mm diameter straight bar to which a double neutral and 45° grip (33 mm diameter) have been added in order to allow the athlete to work on different angles of the pulling movements.

The Option of a pair of Keiser bar rests is an adjustable bar holder that can be attached to the interior or outside exterior of your Keiser Rack.
Non-slip coated notches provide a higher quality of start and stop.

The interior safety option for Keiser Power Rack is designed to fit between the posts of a Keiser Power Rack. Thanks to its robust design and high load capacity, it is the ideal accessory for working with heavy loads to effectively hold restrain the bar in case of a drop.
The brackets are height adjustable and have a non-slip coating on the top to limit bar slippage.

The Keiser Rack Connector Option is a customisable length bracket designed to connect two or more Keiser Racks. In addition to stabilising both racks, these connectors can be equipped with many options such as pull-up bars or handles to optimise your training space and not overload the structure of the racks.

The Keiser Band Attachment Option is attachable to the front or rear of any Keiser Rack to allow the use of resistance bands in addition to the air resistance natively built into Keiser Racks.

The Keiser Adjustable Bench Option is an accessory designed to fit into any Keiser Rack. Thanks to its locking mechanism on the back, it can be fixed directly into the slot provided for this purpose on all Keiser Racks to ensure better stability during exercise and optimal placement.
Its adjustable seat and backrest allow for a wide variety of uses for movements such as bench presses, inclines or shoulders.
